Job Description

  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  2. Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost control.
  3. Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  4. Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
  6. Monitor project timelines and take corrective actions to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  7. Generate regular project status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Job Requirement

  1. Candidate must own at least Bachelor Degree in Technical Information / Information System or any related major with a minimum GPA of  3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
  2. Min. 3 years proven experience as a project manager with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward successful project completion.
  5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficient in identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring proactive risk management.
  7. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
