Job Description
- Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing products, selecting appropriate raw materials and compositions.
- Conduct formula trials on laboratory and production scales.
- Monitor the stability of formulations under various conditions throughout the defined shelf-life.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Control and Production teams to resolve production challenges and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Prepare and present regular reports to Department Heads and the Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Proactive, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the home care or detergent industry is highly preferred.
