We are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Senior Procurement Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment. This role is responsible for managing strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and procurement operations while demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset, agility, and strong ownership mentality.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, data-driven, and capable of building procurement processes from the ground up while supporting rapid business growth and operational excellence. Successful incumbent will be based overseas (i.e. China).

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance management.
• Identify and develop strategic supplier partnerships to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and supply continuity.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new sourcing opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand evolving business needs and support agile decision-making.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, risks, compliance, and performance through regular assessments.
• Manage procurement planning and purchasing activities aligned with business growth priorities. 
• Demonstrate high adaptability in ambiguous and rapidly changing business environments.
• Act as a problem solver with strong ownership and execution capability.
• Contribute beyond functional scope and support strategic business initiatives when required.
• Operate with urgency, resilience, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
• Experience in startup, high-growth company, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, technology, or fast-moving industries is preferred.
• Proven experience handling vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement projects independently.
• Experience building or improving procurement processes in dynamic environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle, sourcing strategy, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business curiosity.
