Job Description
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (operations, non-operations, and strategic hiring)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Manage candidate pipeline, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pool
- Conduct screening, interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support and improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Experience hiring across multiple functions (e.g., operations, commercial, tech is a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.)
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Experience in FMCG is a plus
