Job Description 

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (operations, non-operations, and strategic hiring)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Manage candidate pipeline, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pool
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support and improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems

Requirement 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions (e.g., operations, commercial, tech is a plus)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.)
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
  • Experience in FMCG is a plus
