Job Description
1. Process orders received and claims from customers.
2. Create or update data related to customer master records, such as new customer registration, data updates, and submission for payment term limits.
3. Assist in resolving operational issues in the area, such as invoice creation problems or discrepancies in product delivery to customers.
Job Requirement
1. Candidate must own at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
2. Fresh graduates or 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
