Job Description
1. Memproses pesanan yang diterima dan klaim dari pelanggan.
2. Membuat atau memperbarui data terkait customer master records, seperti pendaftaran pelanggan baru, pembaruan data, dan pengajuan batas termin pembayaran.
3. Membantu menyelesaikan masalah operasional di area, seperti masalah pembuatan invoice atau ketidaksesuaian pengiriman produk kepada pelanggan.
Job Requirement
1. Kandidat harus memiliki minimal pendidikan Diploma/Sarjana dengan IPK minimum 3.00 (skala 4.00).
2. Lulusan baru atau memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang terkait.
3. Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft Word.
