Job Description

  1. Manage export orders, documentation, and shipment schedules.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and forwarders.
  3. Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company standards.
  4. Track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
  5. Support process improvements and contribute to supply chain efficiency.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  2. Experience in export/logistics/supply chain (FMCG/manufacturing a plus).
  3. Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
  4. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
  6. Good command of English (written and spoken).
