Job Requirement
- Candidates must own at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in recruitment are preferred.
- Having an understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in mass hiring, is a pluw
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
