Job Description

  1. Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
  2. Align trade marketing initiatives with overall brand strategy.
  3. Plan and implement effective promotions, merchandising, and in-store activities.
  4. Optimize product placement and display strategies to drive sales.
  5. Manage trade marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  6. Track and report on ROI of trade marketing initiatives.
  7. Ensure trade marketing practices adhere to company policies and regulatory requirement

Job Requirement

  1. Degree in Marketing or Business Studies or related from a reputable University.
  2. With minimum of 4 years of experience in a well-recognized FMCG company.
  3. Communicate and collaborate well, fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners with track record in delivering results driving business growth.
  4. Written & verbal communication in English is a must, conversant in other languages is an added advantage.
  5. Excellent communication & presentation skill.
  6. Strong business acumen, able to develop plan, set budget, create functional SOP and operate within respective guideline.
